I read a quote earlier this week from Carla Bruni saying “I don’t know if divas can even really exist today. Everyone is a celebrity, a photographer, a filmmaker, or a spy nowadays. There’s so much exposure, and divas are made by mystery.” (Harper’s Bazaar) It got me thinking that as a society today we are so overexposed in every aspect of our lives. I’m not saying I’m any better – I keep in touch with friends through Facebook, share photos on Instagram, sometimes say clever things on Twitter, Pinterest everything I see, and on top of all that I blog. So where did all the mystery go?
