Sangria is one of those love or hate type of beverages. Personally, I’m not a big fan, especially when its red wine sangria. But from time to time I like to play bartender and see if I can mix up a refreshing cocktail on a hot day. For this recipe I pulled together blood orange soda, pinot grigio, prosecco, grapefruit, and blackberry ice cubes (plus extra blood orange ice cubes to keep it chill without watering the drink down). All the ingredients are great individually and even better when mixed together in order to provide an invigorating flavorful sip.
