Pumpkin Spice Cake

   

 {ingredients…bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes}

{ghoulish green gluten-free cream cheese frosting}

With exercising not being an option lately I’ve been eating much healthier. But with all the holidays coming up and it being the best season for baking I’ve been taking traditional recipes and putting a healthier spin on them. For instance I used this recipe and made it low fat and sugar-free. I was skeptical about the outcome, thinking it wouldn’t taste as delicious as if normally following the recipe but to my surprise it was moist, scrumptious, and gone in 3 days!
