Crumb Topping

Generally speaking baking is one of my favorite hobbies. But sometimes I want the reward of something delicious without all the work. And that is exactly what I did with these muffins. I combined store bought muffin mix and then created my own crumb topping to give it that homemade feel without all the hassle. I mixed together crushed up graham crackers with cinnamon and olive oil. Then sprinkled the topping on top of the muffin batter and baked. The results are scrumptious muffins that look and taste homemade but with a quarter of the work.
